You complete our comprehensive questionnaire online. Just do the best you can. We will discuss your answers with you thoroughly and amend your intake as needed.

Once completed, a certified legal document preparer will get in touch with you to review your questionnaire, fill in any missing details, and answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss the various types of assets that you own, so that we can prepare a personalized "Trust Funding" educational worksheet for you.

Next, we will prepare drafts of your documents, and send them to you for review. We will be available (either by phone, in office, or virtually) to review these drafts with you, answer any questions you may have, and make any changes that you request.

Once you approve your drafts, we will assemble your portfolio and mail it to you with signing instructions. We will also provide you with an addressed envelope with postage, so that you can mail your signed deed back to us for recording.

PLEASE NOTE: Your documents must be signed in front of a notary in order to be valid. Some documents require neutral parties to act as witnesses in addition to the notary. It is your responsibility to ensure that your documents have been properly signed and executed. Once we release your documents to you, we will accept no responsibility for whether or not they were properly signed.
