Once completed, a certified legal document preparer will get in touch with you to review your questionnaire, fill in any missing details, and answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss the various types of assets that you own, so that we can prepare a personalized "Trust Funding" educational worksheet for you.

Next, we will prepare drafts of your documents, and send them to you for review. We will be available (either by phone, in office, or virtually) to review these drafts with you, answer any questions you may have, and make any changes that you request.

Once you approve your drafts, we will schedule a time for you to come in and sign your documents in front of our expertly trained notaries.

Next, we assemble your portfolio, record your deed(s) and create a flash drive with digital scans of your signed and executed documents.

Finally, you stop by our office one last time. Our staff will sit down with you, review your portfolio, and go over next steps.
